Having spent most of my childhood in dance studios doing ballet, tap and modern jazz, I have always led an active life. During the 1980 I taught aerobics in various London studios and have always run and cycled. 

 

I turned to Pilates to combat the stiffness I was getting in my back and shoulders and trained to become a Body Control Pilates instructor. I love seeing the benefits people get doing regular Pilates classes and how it helps people of all ages and fitness levels.

 

I teach group and one-to-one classes in and around

Pilates Stretches

Classes are one hour long in small groups of 12 people maximum. This ensures close supervision where everyone receives individual attention.

Pilates strengthens the whole body whilst encouraging good breathing patterns and correcting body alignment of the joints and muscles to keep them healthy.
