Having spent most of my childhood in dance studios doing ballet, tap and modern jazz, I have always led an active life. During the 1980 I taught aerobics in various London studios and have always run and cycled.
I turned to Pilates to combat the stiffness I was getting in my back and shoulders and trained to become a Body Control Pilates instructor. I am also Pilates for Bone Health (Osteoporosis) qualified.
I love seeing the benefits people get doing regular Pilates classes and how it helps people of all ages and fitness levels.
I teach group and one-to-one classes in and around
